Refunds/Exchanges


Exchanges

We hope that you are happy with your purchase from us but if you need to return your item for an exchange please fill out the returns form on our website so that we are aware that you will be returning your order for an exchange. Please return them to the address below with a note stating your name, order number, address and the product which you would like to exchange them for. It is also helpful if you include your original receipt that was sent with your original order. You are responsible for the item until it is returned to us including delivery costs to return them. Your item must be returned in the condition which you received it with no marks, wear or discolouration. When we receive your return we will exchange it the same day and send you the new item first class recorded delivery at no extra charge. Items must be returned within 14 days of the online purchase. This does not impact on your statutory rights.


Refunds

If you would like to return your item for a refund please fill out the returns form on our website so that we are aware that you will be returning your order for a refund. Please return them to the address below with a note stating your name, order ID and that you would like a refund. It is also helpful if you include your original receipt that was sent with your original order so that we can easily retrieve your information. Your item must be returned in the condition which you received it with no marks, wear or discolouration. Please note that we only refund for the product, not for the shipping costs incurred to send you the original item. You are responsible for the item until it is returned to us including delivery costs to return them. The refund will be made directly to the account that you originally paid with. If you paid using credit/debit card it will be refunded directly into this account and if you paid using PayPal, the order will be refunded to your PayPal account. Items must be returned within 14 days of the online purchase. This does not impact on your statutory rights.



Faults

If you notice a fault with your item within 3 months of purchase, we would be happy to replace this for you. Please email us with photographs clearly showing the fault and your order ID. You will then need to return the product to us and we will assess this on an individual basis. Please note that general wear and tear is not considered a fault. If we are able to see that your Nfinity shoes have been worn outside or washed in a washing machine, your fault will not be accepted.
