Orders placed before 1pm will be shipped the same day. If orders are placed after 1pm they will be shipped the following day. Please check the email that you provided at the time of the order for any updated information. If an order is placed after 1pm on Friday it will be shipped the following Monday as we do not provide a weekend shipping service.

Royal Mail First Class Signed For
All of our orders are shipped using Royal Mail First Class signed for service. Once your order has been booked and shipped we will update your account or email with tracking information. This service generally takes 1-5 working days to arrive depending on your address location. A signature will be required on receipt of delivery so we are unable to request for the postal workers to leave your item without a signature. If there is nobody present at the selected address the postal worker may attempt to deliver to a neighbour or leave a note in your mail box to arrange re-delivery, or to pick up from a Royal Mail pick-up centre where you will need proof of your address with ID.
NEW-Interlink UK Next Day Delivery
If you have selected the Interlink UK Next Day Delivery option on our website you should expect to receive your order the next working day after your order has been shipped. If an order has been placed before 1pm Monday-Friday it will be shipped the same day. If your order is placed after 1pm on Monday-Friday or during the weekend, your item will be shipped the next working day (Monday-Friday). Any orders placed after 1pm on Friday, or Saturday and Sunday, will be shipped the following Monday excluding bank holidays. Orders shipped on Friday will arrive on Monday as this is the next working day. If you need it for Saturday this is a much higher price and you will need to contact us directly to arrange this. This service is fully trackable from start to finish. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a shipping notification to your email address with a tracking number. You can then log onto the Interlink website at any point to find out where your item is. On the morning or your item being delivered you will either receive a text or email from Interlink informing you of your driver's name and the time slot that your item has been allocated to for delivery which is usually a 1 hour time frame. Throughout the day you will be able to track where your driver is, how many items they have to deliver before yours and when you should except your item to arrive. If you need to make any amendments to the delivery such as delivering to an alternative location or you need to have the item redelivered as you missed it, you can make these changes on the Interlink website. If you missed delivery there will be an option to redeliver or if left with a neighbour it will tell you what address and who signed for it so that you can retrieve the item.
Please note items shipped to The Highlands/Inverness will take 2 days to arrive.
All international orders (EU, Non-EU, rest of World) will be shipped using Royal Mail International Signed For Service. This Service aims to deliver to Europe in 3-5 working days and worldwide 5-7 working days, subject to customs delays. Your item will be tracked until it leaves the UK and will require a signature on receiving the order. If there is nobody present at the address provided you will either be notified by your national postal service or please contact your local Post Office. You may be notified by your postal worker with a note contacting the location of your item.
